Services are provided by Direct Digital Manufacturing Services LLC, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Quotes and Estimates

  • Quotes provided are estimates and may change based on actual site conditions and requirements
  • Free estimates are provided without obligation
  • Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote
  • Final pricing is confirmed in a written service agreement

Service Agreements

All services are subject to a written service agreement that outlines:

  • Scope of work and specifications
  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Timeline and scheduling
  • Warranties and limitations

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are specified in each service agreement
  • Standard terms require 50% deposit for custom fabrication projects
  • Balance due upon completion of services
  • Accepted payment methods: Major credit cards, checks, wire transfers

Cancellations

  • Standard inspections may be cancelled with 24 hours notice at no charge
  • Custom fabrication cancellations within 48 hours of order may incur restocking fees
  • Emergency service cancellations may be subject to minimum charges

Warranties

We warranty our workmanship and materials for all custom builds. Warranty coverage:

  • Custom orchestra pits: 1-year limited warranty
  • Temporary stages: Warranty varies by rental or purchase agreement
  • Inspection services: Certificate valid for period specified (typically 1 year)
  • Repairs: 90-day warranty on parts and labor

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Professional Standards

All inspections and certifications are performed in accordance with applicable industry standards, including OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, and NCAA requirements. Our technicians hold relevant professional certifications including ETCP certification.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
